Who we are

Beforelity Solutions Limitada owns and runs Winport Casino. By opening an account and using our casino you accept these rules, and we may update them without notice, so it is worth coming back to this page from time to time.

Who can play

You must be over 18 to register, and an underage account is cancelled without notice. Each person may hold only one account, used only by that person and never shared. You also confirm that online gambling is legal where you live or are located. Players from Georgia, Israel, the Netherlands, Russia and Ukraine cannot place wagers or use the casino, including through a VPN.

Your account currency

When you sign up you choose your balance currency from USD, EUR, AUD or CAD. It cannot be changed later, and cashouts are paid only in one of these currencies.

Deposits

Real-money play starts with a deposit to your account. Payment methods must be registered in your own name, and we do not accept payments from third parties. You need to play through every deposit once before you can request a cashout. Deposits cannot be cancelled, so talk to Live Support first if you have any doubts. We do not add transaction charges of our own, although a bank or payment operator may charge a fee.

Cashouts

Before your first cashout you complete identity checks with proof of identity, a copy of the card used to fund the account and proof of residence. Our finance office checks every request, and approval usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the method. A single cashout can be up to $2,000, depending on your player class, and larger amounts may be paid in parts. Only one cashout can be pending at a time, and card cashouts go only to the card used for the deposit.

Fair play

Our games come from Rival and DiceLab and run on random number generators, so every result is random. Collusion, chip dumping, transfers between player accounts and the use of a VPN or proxy to hide your location are not allowed. Fraud or forged documents lead to account suspension and cancelled winnings.

Taxes

You are responsible for any tax on casino winnings in your country.

Closing your account

You can close your account through Live Support. Funds left on the balance cannot be withdrawn once you have closed the account yourself, and any active bonuses are cancelled. Cooling-off and self-exclusion options are explained on our Responsible Gambling page.
